Dinner tonight was tuna steak (marinated over night), broccoli (fresh and steamed), and rice (a trader joe's blend with added seasoning).

Tuna steak marinate:
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce (GF)
2 T olive oil
1 T lemon juice
2T parsley
1 clove garlic
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t black pepper
